Application and Payment

• How are my products shipped?

  We will send you the product data file by e-mail.
  For credit card payment and PayPal payment, the data will be sent automatically immediately, and for bank transfer, the data will be sent manually after the payment is confirmed (around 10:00-18:00 on weekdays).

• I did not receive the billing information email.

  The billing information email will be automatically sent to your registered email address after you apply for the product. If you have not received the email, please contact us.

• What payment methods are available?

  Bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal payments are accepted. In the case of bank transfer, we will deliver your order to your registered e-mail address on the same day after we confirm your payment (on a business day at a financial institution). Delivery time is from 10:00am to 6:00pm.

  In case of credit card or PayPal, the order will be automatically delivered immediately after the payment is completed.

• How do I place an order?

  You can purchase them from the bottom of each TCD theme sales page.

• How much is your price?

  The prices are different for each theme, so please check the second half of the sales page.

• I want to purchase templates in bulk.

  If you are paying by bank transfer, please specify the name of the theme you wish to purchase in the remarks column of the application form and transfer the total amount. By PayPal, please pay separately.

• Can I get a receipt for my order?

  We will replace the receipt with the statement issued by each financial institution.
  Invoices can be issued at any time by logging in to My Page and selecting Purchase History by Product.

• We will be using a corporate account. Can we use the representative's name for the card payment?

  It is possible. Please choose credit card or PayPal payment and register the representative’s credit card information.

• 設定マニュアルはありますか？

  わかりやすい図解マニュアルを用意しています。手順通りに進めていただくことで1サイトが完成するようになっております。

• プラグインは入れられますか？

  ご利用可能です。プラグイン導入によって発生した不具合、プラグインやテーマとの衝突に関しては対応しておりませんので、自己責任にてご利用ください。

• 電話サポートはありますか。

  サポートはEメールでのみ対応しております。

• サポート範囲を教えてください

  TCDテーマのインストール、初期設定、使い方をサポートしております。WordPressの基本的な使用方法やサーバー設定、カスタマイズ（有償）には対応しておりません。

利用上の注意

• 自分名義で購入したテーマで友人のサイトを無償で作成したい

  有償で請け負う場合、特別ライセンス契約が必要です。無償の場合、あなたと友人、それぞれが同一テーマを購入頂くことが必要です。

• 制作代行にこのテンプレートを利用しても良いですか？

  お客様の所有サイト以外で当テンプレートを使用することは、「配布行為」にあたります。制作代行業務で使用する場合は、特別ライセンスをご用意しておりますので、そちらをご利用ください。

• 制作サイト数について制限はありますか？

  自己所有サイトであれば何サイトでも使用可能です。

• 禁止事項はありますか？

  禁止事項の詳細はご利用規約の案内ページをご確認ください。

• 商用可能ですか？

  商用利用可能です。但し、自己所有サイトに限ります。

TCDについて

• レスポンシブ対応のテーマを教えてください

  「Grider」以外のTCDテーマは全てレスポンシブウェブデザインです。

• ショッピングカート機能はついていますか？

  「GLAMOUR」「ICONIC」がショッピングカートプラグインWelcartのみ対応、「EGO.」はWooCommerceとWelcartに対応しております。

• 企業サイトで使えるテーマはありますか？

  企業で使えるコーポレートサイトはこちらの記事かテーマ比較ナビをご参考ください。

• ブログで使えるテーマはどれですか？

  ブログで使えるTCDテーマはこちらの記事が参考になります。

• 体験版はありますか？

  体験版はございません。サンプルとしては各TCDテーマのデモサイトをご参照ください。

動作環境

• WordPress5.5以降の対応について

  WordPress5.5以降への各テーマの対応は、順次調査、対応中です。WordPress5.5からダウングレードしたい場合はこちらをご参照ください。また、以前のエディタに戻したい場合はプラグイン「Classic Editor（クラシックエディタ）」をインストールしてください。

• 【重要】i cloud メールについて（他、弊社より返信が届かない場合）

  Appleが発行する@icloud.com、@me.com、および @mac.com のメールアドレスは弊社からのメールが非常に届きにくくなっております（送信エラーで返ってきます）。お手数ですが、別のメールアドレスよりお問い合わせください。

• PHPバージョン7.0.xには対応していますか？

  PHP7については、現在サポート中の全テーマで対応済です。
  PHP7に対応した各テーマファイルは、更新情報で告知をしておりますので、随時ご確認をいただけますと幸いです。

• 管理画面の他の言語対応について

  TCDテーマは管理画面が日本語・英語に対応しております。英語版のWordPressもご利用可能です。但し、コンテンツの翻訳機能が実装されているわけではございませんので、お間違いのないようお願いします。

• テーマのカスタマイズ（改変）は可能ですか？

  テーマファイルは自由にカスタマイズしてご利用ください。但し、自己責任にてお願いします。なお、カスタマイズ方法をシェアするサイト「TCD LABO」もございますのでご活用くださいませ（こちらも自己責任で！）。

• 動作環境について教えてください。

  WordPress 4.7以上、PHP 7.1以上、MySQL 5.6以上でお願いしております。また、テーマによって若干動作環境が異なりますので、各テーマの販売ページをご確認ください。
