Multiple bug fixes and feature additions

【Contents of fixes】
■Corrected the wording in the TCD theme options.
■Added the option to display the date and category in the header slider “Type 2”.
■Fixed a bug in the header slider “Type 2” that the image and the right side navigation are shifted when the order of the posts is set to other than date (newest first).
■Fixed the bug that TCD Theme Options->Fixed Pages->Basic Settings->Fixed Page Title->Font Size is not reflected.
■Fixed the bug that the setting of Add Fixed Page function and Page Navigation button in Fixed Page Editor could not be changed.
■Fixed the bug that the button display setting is not reflected in TCD Theme Options->Top Page->Comparison Points setting.
■Added “Official site page button label” input field in ranking article edit screen.
■Fixed the bug that the color setting is not reflected in some widgets.
