Fixed multiple bugs
【Contents of the fix】
■Fixed a bug where the site title would be underlined if the logo image for smartphones was not set.
■Fixed a bug in the full-width header page where the header and fixed footer bar for smartphones were not compatible.
■SSL support.
■Fixed the bug that the article title is not displayed in the browser tab when meta title is input.
■Fixed a bug that the quick tag function was not working.
■Fixed a Notice error that appeared in debug mode.
