Multiple major feature additions and bug fixes

【Contents of fixes and feature additions】
■Fixed a bug in which the link button to the previous article and related articles were not displayed in the smartphone display when the item display settings “Show related articles” and “Show next article and previous article links” were checked.
■Added layout selection function (selectable from 4 patterns).
■Added support for displaying categories in the main column tabs.
■It is possible to set the article type (recommended articles, etc.) from the quick edit of the post list screen.
■Added the function of multiple contributors + contributors list page.
■Add fixed page template of 900px width.
■Added load screen function.

【Information about supported browsers】
IE10 and earlier browsers are no longer supported by Microsoft in January 2016.
In accordance with this, TCD themes will be modified (display and functions) to be compatible with older browsers. We are sorry to inform you that we will no longer be able to modify (display or function) or support older browsers.
