Multiple bug fixes and fluid grid applied

【Contents of the fix】
■Application of fluid grid specification
※Optimized the responsive specification including tablet and mini tablet environment.
■Fixed a bug in which the black strip at the bottom of the gallery slider on the detailed article page was displayed vertically stretched in IE environment.
■Fixed an error caused by a widget.
■Fixed a bug that the eye catching image in the dashboard > custom post type “Announcement” post list screen is not displayed.
■Fixed a bug in theme options > footer > social networking buttons that did not appear even if the “Show RSS buttons” checkbox was checked.
■Fixed a bug in the theme options > footer > social networking buttons.
■Fixed structured markup in breadcrumb list.
■Other style adjustments.
